Reiki healing works very closely with the chakras, spinning wheel of light or the energy centers of the body. the chakras system is a high frequency, high vibrational, intellectual system of the body. each chakra system is a “vortex of light” connected to a physical organ of the body. our chakras store & record information of the present, future & past. they particularly connect you with your ancestral lineage. 

when i worked as a teacher in the public schools, I would walk into a classroom to see a teacher friend during prep. they would typically vent & complain about the tribulations & pressures of leading in the classroom. as they spoke i would place my hands on their shoulders & tap into Reiki. after minutes, they’d pause, take deep breaths & be relaxed. the experience would take a few minutes, before they’d turn to me, give me a hug & thank me.
